How It Works

First the Mind: Going Beyond "Aha!"
Weeks 1-4 will be becoming aware of the habits and patterns that are keeping you stuck. Many coaches stop here. But for us, this is just the beginning.
Awareness without change is just an enlightened thought.
In the first four weeks, we will drill down and identify one core belief that is not serving you any more. We will then target the mindset, thoughts, and limiting values you hold around this belief. We will look to see how this core wound is cropping up and sabotaging multiple areas of your life.
If you don’t truly believe change is possible, you will never make it happen.

Second the Doing: Enacting Change
Once you’ve cleaned up your mindset, thoughts, and inner beliefs, it is time to take action in weeks 5-8.
This step requires you to DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY!
We will co-create achievable goals that you will implement towards change. Together we will address any obstacles in your path and use powerful tools to support and ensure your success.
Small, consistent, intentional shifts pave the way for profound transformations over time.

Third the Support: Sustaining the Change
Weeks 9-12 will be all about sustaining the change. This is arguably the most valuable step. Change is easy to make when we are newly excited and motivated.
When the inertia to change wears off, this is when our commitment is tested.
It is almost guaranteed that resistance will begin to arise. Resistance will come from two possible sources: external - such as push-back from other who don’t understand or accept your changes/new boundaries. Or internal -often in the form of a desire to fall back into old, comfortable patterns that feel “safe,” and “easy.”
This is where having an profession to help you through is invaluable.
It is in these weeks where new habits and thoughts become solidified, and the lasting change becomes new, permanent neural pathways!

What Makes This Program Different?
I created this program after observing what did and did not work with clients in sustaining lasting change.
Frequently, clients wanted one or two session to be like a magic pill. These clients would gain valuable insight, even revelatory “Ahahs!” But then would quit, thinking they got what they came for - but then struggled to actually make the change.
I also noticed that going too deep too fast was too much and too intense, even if the client WANTED to dive in!
Having a science background, I knew from my training that it takes 90 days to create lasting change in the neural pathways of the brain.
That’s when I realized I needed a three step approach, using my coaching skills, and my psychosensory training as a Havening Practitioner, I came up with 90 Days to Change. Together, we intentionally tackle ONE change at a time - mindset, action steps, and sustainability. Most importantly, while taking time to reinforce each area for lasting and REAL results.

What is the science behind this program?
Most of our actions are unconscious. Our brains are wired for efficiency. This means, you only THINK you are in control. Really, most of your day is spend DOING and SEEING what it has been programed to do and see. The frustrating part is that most of those mental programs were inherited without your active acceptance from: culture, family of origin, and your belief system.
Meeting the Bus Driver…
If you have attended any Sunday Circles, then you have likely heard me talk about this analogy. Our minds are like a bus, and becoming aware of WHO is driving the bus is very important. The reason 90 Days to Change spends an entire four weeks just working on the thoughts within the mind is because you have to meet your “bus driver(s).” Beyond just meeting them, you need to become aware, if possible, of where they came from. This allows you to deeply integrate the spiritual principle: YOU are not your mind. This involves breaking through barriers of shame using radical honesty and shadow work. That is why I am here, to help you through those processes, as well as implement techniques like Havening and other coaching tools to guide you through.
Turning the Bus Around…
The reason I chose 90 days as the minimum time to work on ONE self-change, is because it takes that long to alter a thought patterns. We are more likely to be successful if we tackle one thought pattern at a time. These neural pathways are deeply rooted in fear, anxiety, “self protection” (truly self sabotage), scarcity, and stress. Just like a big heavy bus driving in one direction must slow down carefully in order to turn around, we must do the same. The goal of weeks 5-8 are to intentionally begin to slow the movement in the direction we do NOT want to go, and make small corrections to “turn the bus around.” It is by these small, intentional actions that we begin to create new roads of belief within our brain. This will allow us to to shift perspectives and become open to seeing opportunities that we were previously blinded to. A spiritual transformation also begins to happen - you will begin to see miracles unfold in your life. Synchronicities that are statistically improbable will begin to manifest as you open your heart to receiving what you really need.
Stay the Course…
The most important step in the 90 Days of Change is keeping your promises to yourself. The focus in weeks 9-12 is staying the course. This is especially important as you may experience greater resistance to the new changes. Creating new neural pathways takes energy, and this can be the time where you begin to lose some of our original motivation. This is when transformation takes root - and you begin to live from a heart centered experience. This process of inner and outer change will continue to unfold in your life. This will not take away life’s challenges, but it will begin to alter how you respond, and dramatically change HOW YOU FEEL.
