Every unique sound bath primarily uses crystal singing bowls. Each event also incorporates brief coaching, Koshi and Zaphir chimes, various drums, rattles, and other sound healing instruments to induce a deep state of relaxation. The sound and vibrations produced during a sound healing reduce stress, pain, inflammation, mental blocks, and body tension. Sound healing also stimulates circulation, improves immune function, restores balance, and aids in achieving a high meditative state.

Energy medicine has a cumulative effect, so when you treat yourself to regular sessions, better health and well-being are natural outcomes.

The location is in Concord, near WR Odell Primary School. It is held at a private residence, so the exact address is not given until after sign-up.
